If the practice is closed:

• you can contact the Dentist Mediation Office: 020-3034500 (available 24 hours a day).
• You can also call the oral care outpatient clinic of the Slotervaart Hospital: 020-5124113 (available 24 hours a day). 
• or with the O.L.V.G: 0900-8602

Please note that all treatments that take place at the emergency clinic must be paid by card/cash. If you are insured for dentistry, you can then submit the bill to your health insurer.
